The space The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed and a convenient sofa bed, accommodating up to four people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including appliances, basic utensils, and cookware, enabling you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Guest access Indulge in the remarkable building amenities available for your enjoyment: Delight in the sunrise pool, offering picturesque views of Downtown Miami and sunsets. Other things to note While the first parking space is included with your stay, an additional parking space is available for a fee of $35 per stay. Please note approval from the condominium is required. Prospective guests must submit an application for association approval within one business day from the reservation's effective date. A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple is required. Rushed applications, submitted within seven days or less of the check-in date, incur an additional fee of $200 per adult or married couple.
